When we were about to dismiss the writ petition, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the indulgence of this Court for the temporary de-sealing of the premises for one day to enable the writ petitioner to disconnect the power supply to the machinery, which is highly sophisticated. The machines require proper maintenance and if the power supply to the machinery is not disconnected, there is a possibility of an accident. 2. Considering this request, we direct the authorities to de-seal the premises for a day to enable the writ petitioner to disconnect the service connection to the machinery. The de-sealing, disconnection and re-sealing of the premises shall be done under the supervision of the authorities. 3. With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
