Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 22.04.2026 issued by the Additional Director Ayush, Himachal Pradesh along with copy of order dated 22.04.2026 passed by the Director Ayush, Himachal Pradesh and the same is taken on record. 2. Perusal of the copy of order dated 22.04.2026 passed by the Director Ayush, Himachal Pradesh reveals that the petitioner has been granted the benefit of the mandate contained in judgment dated 22.02.2022 passed in CWP No. 2711 of 2017, titled, Baldev vs. State of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? H.P. & Ors. However, the consequential benefits are not paid to the petitioner since the order has been passed on 22.04.2026. 3. Learned Additional Advocate General assures this Court that all the consequential benefits will be paid/released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today. In case, the benefits are not released in favour of the petitioner within eight weeks from today, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file appropriate application for revival of the execution petition.
