Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.P. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam appearing for the State respondent. This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Tirthanath Kuli @ Tirtha Kuli, who has been arrested on 30.03.2026 and released on interim bail on 07.04.2026 in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Silapathar P.S. Case No. 49/2026. During the deliberation, it is submitted by Mr. Goswami, the learned Addl. P.P., Assam on instruction that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in the above noted case vide Charge- Sheet No. 52/2026, dated 19.04.2026. In view of the above submission of the learned Addl. P.P., Assam and as the petitioner is on interim bail, he is directed to approach the learned Trial Court below within 15 days from today, with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law.
