The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent Superintendent of Police, Bijapur to pay the amount as per Annexure P/4 which ws deducted during suspension period from 18.10.2010 to 06.12.2016 with interest @ 18% per annum from 18.01.2020 till the payment of amount, within stipulated period. 10.2 That any other relief or direction which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, be also awarded to the petitioner.” SHUBHAM DEY Digitally signed by SHUBHAM DEY 2 2. At the outset, Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking direction to the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure P/4) at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that according to her instructions, all the arrears of the payments which was due to the petitioner has been paid in the year 2025. She further submits that as petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation, she is having no objection to the limited prayer. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 1 to consider and take decision on the representation dated 25.05.2022 (Annexure P/4) submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 months from the date of receipt of order and further to intimate the decision on the representation to the petitioner. 6.
