Ms.M.Sheela, learned senior standing counsel, accepts notice for the respondent. 3. Considering the nature of relief claimed and the date when the relevant appeal was lodged, the interest of justice warrants early disposal thereof. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the appellate authority to dispose of the appeal within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that reasonable opportunity shall be provided to the petitioner before such disposal.
