(Oral) This writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus commanding respondents to provide the domestic water connection to petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the judgment and order dated 08.05.2026 passed by this Court in WPMS No.1247 of 2026 Priyanka Rana Vs. Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan and Others. 3. Since, water is a basic amenity and non supply of water is infringement of Right to life provided under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, this Court takes it very seriously. 2026:UHC:3598 2 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of judgment and order dated 08.05.2026 passed by this Court in WPMS No.1247 of 2026 Priyanka Rana Vs. Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan and Others. It is provided that respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall make all sincere endeavor to provide domestic water connection to petitioner after negotiating with the other respondents concerned within 30 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
