Pursuant to order dated 25.08.2026, Sri Pradeep Singh, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondent filed compliance affidavit on behalf of the respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar along with order dated 02.09.2026 passed by him today in the Court, which is taken on record. 2. It is stated in the aforesaid affidavit that necessary payment has already been made in favour of petitioner, which has been duly admitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, copy of which is annexed as Annexure No.3 to the affidavit. 3. After going through the record, the relief as prayed for, has already been granted, as such, no further orders are required. 4.
