In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the application filed by the plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 of CPC, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event not later than thirty days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
