The petitioners pray for recognition of a junior high school. From the documents annexed to the writ petition it appears that the alleged school was physically examined and certain infirmities/deficiencies have been found for which recognition has not been allowed. 2. Direction cannot be passed to recognize a school without complying with the necessary formalities. 3. It will be open for the school to cure the deficiencies and infirmities for obtaining recognition of the school. 4. The observation of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Dakshin Dinajpur dated 5th July, 2024 as regards location Page 2 of the school shall also be taken into consideration at the time of granting recognition, if any. 5.
