CMP Nos.19885 and 19888 of 2026 in CRP No.956 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI, J. These civil miscellaneous petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of T.Ramasubbu, Managing Director of the respondent firm and also to bring on record the legal representatives of the respondent firm as parties in the civil revision petition. These petitions are not seriously opposed by the learned counsel for the respondent. In any event, I find that the respondents/other partners are proper and necessary parties to challenge the rights of the parties in the civil revision petitions. Therefore, both petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment. list the main civil revision petition on 04.08.2026, under the caption “ for orders”. 28.07.2026 MST https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
