The present intra-court appeal is directed against the order of learned Single Judge dated 22.04.2026 by which the learned Single Jude while staying the recovery of operational and maintenance charges levied upon the petitioner has imposed a condition for deposit of ₹40 lakh within three weeks. 2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the condition imposed by learned Single Judge while granting interim order is onerous. 3. The total amount sought to be recovered is more than rupees one crore and, therefore, we do not find the condition to be onerous as submitted by learned 1 2026:UHC:3966-DB counsel for the appellant.
