JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 14.05.2026 Mr. D Das, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. K Mohammed, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that taking into account the stand which has been taken by the respondents, the petitioners cannot proceed in the instant writ petition in the manner in which the writ petition has been filed as there appears to be apparent formal defects. 2. The learned Senior Counsel, therefore, submits that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to re-file. Page No.# 3/3 3.
