The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1945 of 2026 ORDER: The prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition is to expedite the disposal of the suit. The petitioner herein filed a suit vide O.S.No.764 of 2022 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kadapa, seeking dissolution of the marriage between petitioner and respondent, which was solemnized on 21.05.2017 in accordance with Muslim caste customs and rituals. For non- disposal of the said suit, the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner placed reliance on the Judicial Notification No.3/SO/2016 issued by the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 15.06.2016. As per the said notification, the trial Court shall dispose of the suit within a period of twelve months from the date of service of summons to the defendant. 3. Even otherwise, the suit was instituted in the year 2022, and there has been no progress in the suit. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to make an endeavour to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible, preferable within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 4. With the above observations, the present Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
