2. Mr. Chitrarth Kandpal, learned Brief Holder for the State.
3. Present bail application is moved by the applicant, who is in judicial custody in connection with FIR No.650 of 2023 under Section 22/8/60 of N.D.P.S. Act registered at P.S. Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar.
4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant has been implicated on the statement of co-accused named Ayan alias Sadab; he has no criminal history. He submits that main accused Monu Chopda has been granted bail by this Court on 31.07.2025 in the similar offence and on the ground of parity applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
5. Learned State counsel has opposed the bail application.
6. Having considered the overall facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact the ground of parity, this Court is of the view that applicant is entitled to be released on bail.
7. Accordingly, bail application is allowed. Let the applicant-Manavver be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and two reliable sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
8. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
