This Court, vide order dated 11.12.2014, granted an interim direction as prayed for. Thereafter, the present writ petition is listed today. 3. Recording the same, the present writ petition can be disposed off in terms of the interim direction passed by this Court on 11.12.2014 by directing the respondents not to demolish the petitioner’s property without following the due process of law, subject to respondents not having taken any action against the said construction prior to passing of this order.
