When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner was called for an enquiry in relation to a pending petition. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a complaint regarding the same case had already been submitted to the Elephant Gate Police Station and after an enquiry it was closed, and the same can also be placed before the respondent police station. 3. In view thereof, the petitioner may appear before the respondent police on 06.08.2026 and 12.08.2026 (two days), and the enquiry may be completed on the same day, or, if not, within one additional working day. Thereafter, the parties shall be bound by the outcome of the enquiry. The petitioner shall not be repeatedly called for the enquiry.
