CORAM : HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR DWIVEDI
------ For the Petitioner : Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate. For the State
: Mr. Ajay Kumar Pathak, A.P.P. ------ 04/ 08.04.2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State.
2.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with B.S. Telco P.S. Case No. 107 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379, 364, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamshedpur.
3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has earlier moved before this court in A.B.A. No. 6796 of 2025, which was subsequently dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail application. He next submits that the said case was not decided on merits, in view of that the second anticipatory bail application has been filed.
4.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has opposed the prayer and submits that what has been argued by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, that point has already been there when the first anticipatory bail application has been dismissed as withdrawn by

the petitioner.
5.
It transpires that nothing new has been argued before this court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner to entertain second anticipatory bail application and further the petitioner has earlier withdrawn his bail application with the liberty to move before the learned court by way of filing regular bail application.
6.
In view of the above, no fresh ground is made out to entertain this anticipatory bail application. As such, this petition is dismissed.
