The petitioner is an accused in connection with Pakuria P.S. Case No. 27 of 2025. It has been alleged that on 17.08.2019, the son of the informant went missing and after two days his dead body was found near the hillock. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated only on account of suspicion that he was the paramour of Tabessum @ Tabisum Bibi @ Tabesum Bibi who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10482 of 2025. Learned counsel submits that admittedly there are no eye witnesses to the incident. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. On consideration of the manner of implication of the petitioner and the fact that one of the co-accused, namely, Tabessum @ Tabisum Bibi @ Tabesum Bibi has been granted bail in B.A. No. 10482 of 2025, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Pakur in connection with Pakuria P.S.
