The present contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 12.09.2022 passed in WP(C) No. 7021/2021. 3. By the aforesaid order, this Court directed the respondents to place the case of the petitioner for compassionate appointment before the concerned District Level Committee (DLC) for its consideration in the next meeting. 4. Accordingly, the same was placed before the concerned DLC and it has rejected the claim of the petitioner for want of vacancy in its meeting held on 22.01.2022. 5. In view of the aforesaid, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 12.09.2022 (supra), has been complied with. 6. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed. 7. It is needless to say that if, the petitioner is aggrieved by the aforesaid determination of the concerned DLC, he may approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.
