These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 90 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner/appellant viz., Karnan @ Kannan, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed petitioners 2 to 4 herein as legal representatives of the deceased appellant viz., Karnan @ Kannan as petitioners 2 to 4 in the above appeal. 2.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the applications, the delay of 80 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st petitioner/appellant is set aside, the delay is condoned, and the petitioners are brought on record as petitioners 2 to 4 in the appeal. 3.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal. 30.07.2026 ssr https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
