Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider the claim of petitioner for regularization, expeditiously adopting humanitarian approach, sympathetically, considering that the petitioner while continuing service have crossed maximum age as prescribed under the 2 / 2 service rules of the State Government. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is working as Daily Wage Employee with the respondents, appointed on compassionate grounds. Petitioner had submitted representation before respondent No. 3 and 4 for regularization of her service which is pending consideration, therefore, at this stage, she is seeking direction to respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on the representation. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No. 3 and 4 to consider and take decision on the representation of petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 04 months from the date of receipt of the order passed by this Court. 5.
