NR 3. Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.14396 of 2026 dated 18.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation” is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
