The petitioners have sought several reliefs. In pith and substance, they are challenging the relaxation granted by the Department to the respondents to confer seniority and other promotional benefits upon them. 2. The petitioners have efficacious remedy before the State Public Service Tribunal. 3. Consequently, we decline to examine the challenge and relegate the petitioners to the remedy available to them before the Tribunal. 1 2026:UHC:3904-DB 4.
