Public Prosecutor that report as sought for is already received from Baghbar Police Station and it is reported that no case has been registered against the petitioners till date. 3. In view of the above, this anticipatory bail application is disposed of and the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate from in the event of any such case is registered against them. 4. The report received from the Baghbar P.S. be kept as a part of record of this case. Interim protection granted to the petitioner dated 07.04.2026 stands vacated. 5.
