By the said order, the Writ Petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of, finding that the allegations made were general in nature and liberty was granted to the petitioner to pinpoint any specific instances and a further direction was given to the respondent to look into the representation as and when it is made. 3. It is submitted that, subsequently, the representation was made, but the same was not considered, and it is in reply thereof. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that, pursuant to the representation, they have issued a communication to the vigilance department and examined the issue, and they find that nothing further is to be done in the matter. 5. In view thereof, there is no wilful disobedience of the order. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to take such steps in the manner known to law. 6.
