Petitioner served as clerk in Cane Development Union, Khatima between 04.06.1999 to 16.12.2019 and thereafter he was dismissed from service. According to the petitioner, some of his dues have not been released to him so far despite representations. One such representation is on record at page no. 33 of the writ petition. 4. Since decision is not being taken on the representations submitted by the petitioner, therefore, he has approached this Court. 5. Learned State Counsel, however submits that certain amount is to be recovered from petitioner, as he fraudulently issued cheques in favour of his near and dear ones, thereby causing loss to the cooperative union. He thus submits that petitioner is not entitled to any amount, and in fact, certain amount is liable to be recovered from him. 6. Be that as it may, since petitioner has made representation for release of his pending dues, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the competent authority to look into the 2026:UHC:3810 issue raised by petitioner and take appropriate decision in the matter, as per law, within three months from date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It shall be open to competent authority to examine whether petitioner is liable to pay any amount to the employer in terms of any order passed earlier, while taking decision on the representation.
