The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sadar (Korrah) PS Case No.514 of 2016, for offence registered under section 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the purchaser and the allegation in the FIR has been made that the land in question was purchased by another person earlier and for that, the altercation has been taken place. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner has purchased the land in question which has already been purchased by another person earlier. 5. Considering that the petitioner is the purchaser and that land has been purchased after payment of consideration amount and mischief has been done by the vendor of this petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
