Without entering into the merit of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools to consider the prayer of the petitioner for grant of higher scale of pay in light of the judgment delivered by the 2 Hon’ble Special Bench at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5. If the prayer of the petitioner to receive higher scale of pay is accepted by the authority, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 6.
