JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 05/03/2026 1. The instant bail application has been filed under Section 483 BNSS on behalf of accused-applicants. The accused-applicants were arrested in connection with FIR No. 187/2025 registered at Police Station Kolwa District Dausa for the offence(s) under [2026:RJ-JP:9423] (2 of 2) [CRLMB-3071/2026] Sections 189(2), 140(2), 140(3), 115(2), 126(2), 61(2), 127(2) BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the co- accused, namely Rajaram and Vishnu, have been enlarged on bail under the similar facts and circumstances. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the instant bail applications. 4. Having heard the arguments advanced by the counsel for the parties, considering that the co-accused have already been enlarged on bail; that charge-sheet has already been filed; that facts and circumstances of the instant matter are akin to the case of co-accused and looking to the overall facts and circumstances of the case and material on record but without commenting on merits/demerits of the case, this court is inclined to allow the bail application of the accused-applicants and enlarge them on bail. 5. Accordingly, the bail application under Section 483 BNSS is allowed and it is ordered that accused-applicants Abhishek Kumar S/o Vijendra & Rahul Kumar S/o Ramkaran shall be enlarged on bail provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge for their appearance before the court concerned on all the dates of hearing as and when called upon to do so. 6.
