As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, it is in the same stage from the month of February 2026 onwards. 4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Family Court, Udhagamandalam to dispose of the suit within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. There is already a direction issued by this Court in another Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 6. Accordingly, this Court directs the Family Court, Udhagamandalam, to dispose of the suit O.S.
