This is a bail application U/S.483 of the BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with PR No. 134 of 2025-26 corresponding to TR No.26 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Rairakhol, Dist-Sambalpur for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 20(b)(ii)(C) of the NDPS Act, on the main allegation of transporting 60 Kgs of Contraband Ganja in a Maruti Swift Dzire Car without Registration Number. 3. Heard, Mr. Amlan Shakti Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the accusations sought to be brought against him and p. 2 regard being had to the recovery and seizure of 60Kgs of Contraband Ganja, which is well above the commercial quantity from the Car allegedly in occupation of the Petitioner and his consequent failure to satisfy the conditions of Sec. 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. A soft copy of the order be immediately sent to the learned trial Court. (G.
