Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the funds have been made available thus, petitioners should approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi and will produce their document and thereafter, the payment will be release from the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi. He submits that notice under Section 37(2) of Right to Fair Compensation & Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act has already been issued in favour of the petitioners in relation to Land Acquisition Case No.31/2020-2021. 3. Considering the said submission by the learned counsel for the State, on instruction of their clients, I direct the petitioners to approach the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi within ten days from today with the copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Ranchi will verify the document of the petitioners and will disburse the amount to the petitioners within three weeks thereafter. 4.
