Heard the parties. 2. This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 and 484 of the BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as the petitioners are in custody for allegedly committing offences punishable under Sections 191(3), 190, 126(2), 324(4), 351(2), 109 of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 280 of 2025. 4. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 5. It is alleged that there are several allegations against the petitioner that they have vandalized the property and other valuables. The genesis and occurrence in respect of the possession of a land. So far as these petitioners are concerned, there are no specific allegation against the them. All the allegations are general and omnibus upon several individuals ranging from 100 to 150 persons. The allegation of firing is not upon these petitioners. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that the petitioners are in custody since 22.11.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Giridih in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 280 of 2026:JHHC:5507 2 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioners having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand.
