Petitioner is aggrieved by order dated 27.04.2026, passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sitarganj, Udham Singh Nagar. By the said order, petitioner was asked to hand over vacant possession of the land, which petitioner had taken on lease, to the land-owner. 4. Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sitarganj is connected virtually. He submits that the order, impugned in this writ petition, has been withdrawn by him on 20.05.2026. The order passed on 20.05.2026 is supplied in Court, which is taken on record. 5. In view of the subsequent developments, especially withdrawal of the earlier order, the relief claimed by petitioner do not survive. 6. Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of.
