Vide order dated 16.10.2025, Co-ordinate Bench of this Court decided S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.15962/2025 with the directions to the respondents to decide representation of the [2026:RJ-JP:12302] (2 of 2) [CCP-305/2026] petitioner with reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of representation. 2. Alleging non compliance of order dated 16.10.2025, the petitioner has filed the present contempt petition with the contention that the order dated 16.10.2025 was not complied with, and despite the fact that the representation was given to the respondents, it was not decided by them. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents, at the outset, submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner was decided by the respondents much before filing of contempt petition, vide order dated 08.12.2025, which has also been placed on record as Annexure-R/1. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order was not communicated to the petitioner, therefore, the contempt petition was filed. 5. Be that as it may, since in compliance of order dated 16.10.2025, representation filed by the petitioner has been decided by the respondents vide order dated 08.12.2025, there is no case of deliberate and willful disobedience on the part of the respondents, hence, the contempt petition filed by the petitioner is hereby dismissed. 6. However, mere dismissal of this contempt petition shall not take away right of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.12.2025 before appropriate forum of law. 7. Notices stand discharged.
