The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not conducting the disciplinary proceedings basing on the Charge-Memo No.A1/2983/2014, dated 29.05.2015 as on date and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the Seniority List. 3. Permission is accorded. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner as prayed for. 5. No order as to costs. 6.
