In pursuance of the said direction, the first respondent has deposited the said amount. 4.
Even according to the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, they have admitted liability to the tune of Rs.13,43,800/- and that they had no objections to withdraw the admitted liability. 5. Considering the submissions made on either side, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the admitted liability of Rs.13,43,800/- (Rupees Thirteen Lakhs Forty Three Thousand and Eight Hundred only) together with accrued interest and costs as per the apportionment fixed by the Tribunal on filing necessary application before the Tribunal and the share of the minor petitioners 2 to 4 shall be deposited in any one of the Nationalised Banks till they attain majority. The first petitioner, who is the mother of the minor petitioners 2 to 4, is permitted to withdraw the interest of minors once in three months directly from the Bank. 6.
