JUSTICE RONGON MUKHOPADHYAY --- For the Petitioner : Mr. Shahood Alam, Advocate For the State : AC to S.C.-VII --- Order No. 07 Dated 10th April, 2026 In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondents to rectify the defective charge sheet dated 28.03.2024 arising out of Bariatu P.S. Though it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that several defects are apparent on the face of record in the charge sheet, but considering the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted before the Court pursuant to which cognizance has been taken and even the discharge application preferred by the petitioner has been rejected by the learned trial court as stated by learned AC to SC-VII, the prayer made in this writ petition cannot be acceded to and consequently, this writ petition stands disposed of.
