The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, aggrieved by the proposed action of demolishing the shops/residential premises of the petitioner without following the due process of law. 2. This Court, vide order dated 13.04.201, granted stay of demolition of the petitioner’s property. 3. Sri A.S.C.Bose, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.3, submits that no further action could be taken in pursuance of the interim orders of this Court. 4. Recording the same, the present writ petition is disposed off, directing respondent No.3 to initiate appropriate action against the subject construction by issuing appropriate notices, calling for the petitioner’s explanation, and thereafter passing appropriate final orders. Till such exercise is completed, the respondent shall not disturb the possession and enjoyment of the subject property. There shall be no order as to costs.
