The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sikidiri P.S. Case No.32/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 305, 331(4), 334(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on the confessional statement and it has been alleged that solar batteries have been stolen from Utkramit High School, Tatisingari. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be provided to the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the petitioner’s name has come on confessional statement and the petitioner is not named in the FIR and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
