G.P. for Revenue The Court made the following: 2 W.P.No.18261 of 2026 ORDER: The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…to issue a writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, aggrieved by the action of the respondents in taking steps to dispossess the petitioner from a landed property admeasuring Ac. 1.40 cents in survey No. 819/1 situated in Padarthi village, Kothapatnam mandal, Prakasam district without paying any compensation under the provisions of Act 30 of 2013, as illegal, irregular, irrational and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct the respondents Nos. 4 and 5 not to interfere with the petitioner’s peaceful possession and enjoyment of above said land without paying compensation and pass…” 2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed on record a copy of written instructions of the respondent No. 4 vide Rc.No.B/198/2026, dated 07.07.2026, wherein it is stated as follows: …this respondent fenced the land to an extent of Ac. 1.76 cents in Sy. No. 820 of Padarthi which is classified as burial ground as per the request of the villagers. As per the petitioner, his land is situated in Sy. No. 819-1 of Padarthi which was not touched by this respondent. The land which is claimed by the petitioner is not recorded online in favour of the petitioner. It is submitted that this respondent never entered into the possession of the subject land as averred by the petitioner… 3 W.P.No.18261 of 2026 3.
