The present petition was filed seeking a direction to the Trial Court to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 2A of the CPC within time bound period. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court’s order dated 21.04.2026 passed by the trial court, wherein, order has been passed that the construction work being carried out by the defendants would be ensured to be stopped and referring to the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. The copy of the order dated 21.04.2026 has been placed on record. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition has become infructuous and deserves to be dismissed as such.
