Mr. Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present applicant Dherendra Singh Gailakoti is praying for anticipatory bail in reference to FIR dated 19.09.2025, bearing FIR No. 85 of 2025 registered at P.S. Kotwali Almora District Almora wherein he along with two others have been implicated for the offences punishable under Section 318(4), 336, 338, 340 of BNS 2023. 4. Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned A.G.A. for the State on instructions submits during investigation it was found that both the applicant and the complainant are hands in glove and during investigation some more penal provisions have been added, i.e., Sections 336, 338 and 340 of BNS 2023. 5. I do not find any good ground to enlarge the applicant on anticipatory bail. In such view of the matter, accordingly, the same is dismissed. (Rakesh Thapliyal, J.) 18.05.2026 Parul
