The petitioner is in possession of a manual patta; however, the Tahsildar has not issued the computer patta. The petitioner earlier filed a writ petition before this Court, and this Court directed the petitioner to file an appeal in case the Tahsildar failed to provide the computer patta and chitta. Based on the said direction, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the the third respondent /Revenue Division Officer. The third respondent, in turn, sought a report from the Tahsildar as early as 03.07.2025. It is submitted that the Tahsildar has not submitted any report. In spite of repeated directions from the third respondent, the Tahsildar has failed to submit the report. The fourth respondent / Tahsildar is directed to submit the report before the third respondent on or before 01.06.2026.
