…..Petitioner/s -Versus- State of Manipur & 2 Ors.
….Respondent/s BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE A. GUNESHWAR SHARMA
Order 23.06.2026 [1]
Heard Mr. NG. Jotindra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A. for the State respondent and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No. 3. [2]
The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been issued any pay slip and she is facing difficulty. In the present writ petition, the petitioner prays for regularization from the date of initial deputation, i.e., 16.11.2010 whereas she has been regularized by impugned order dated 20.08.2025 with effect from 07.01.2025. [3]
Learned G.A. and Mr. S. Suresh, learned counsel for respondent No. 3, pray for two weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. [4]
In the interregnum, State respondent is directed to send necessary paper to the Office of the Principal Accountant General, Manipur for preparation of interim pay slip of the petitioner treating her regularization with effect from 07.01.2025 as an interim measure without prejudice to her right in the main writ petition.
[5]
It is made clear that this interim arrangement is not prejudiced to the right of the parties and final date of absorption will be subject to the outcome of the present writ petition. [6]
Mr. Th. Sukumar, learned G.A., submits that the State Authority will forward all necessary paper including response query asked by the Office of the Principal Accountant General, Manipur for preparation of interim pay slip. [7]
On instruction, Mr. NG. Jotindra, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that in the circumstances, he is withdrawing MC(WP(C) No. 492 of 2026. [8]
The prayer allowed. [9]
MC(WP(C) No. 492 of 2026 is closed as withdrawn. [10] List the remaining matter on 24.08.2026.
