Having considered the prayer of the petitioner, this petition is disposed of at this stage, directing respondent No.3/Arbitrator (NHAI)/ Divisional Commissioner, Bilaspur to decide the Revenue Case No. 201402990100010/B-121/2019-20, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt/submission of a copy of this order. 5.
