The petitioner submits that the grievance raised in the writ petition has been redressed by the State Transport Authority, Kolkata which granted a fresh permit valid from 05.03.2025 to 04.03.2030 for the route from Memari to Tarakeswar via Jamalpur, Dasghara, Surekalna. 2. In view of the forgoing, the grievance having been redressed, the cause of action no longer survives. 3. The writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. 4.
