Sri Sravan Kumar Naidana, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that certain mistakes have crept in the Writ Petition and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. Permission, as sought for, is accorded. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
