It is brought to the notice of the Court that as against the judgment and decree dated 30.04.2026 passed in O.S.No.177 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, A.S.No.45 of 2026 is pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi between the petitioner and the 5th respondent. Therefore, the respondent police is directed not to meddle in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 5th respondent, till the disposal of A.S.No.45 of 2026.
3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
