The instant third interim bail application under Section 483 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the petitioner Satyaveer Singh, who is in custody in connection with FIR No.58/2025, registered at Police Station Malakheda, District Alwar for offences under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 109(1) and 352 of BNS and Sections 3/25 of the Arms Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's wife Rachna Chouhan is suffering from an ailment and the doctor has opined surgical intervention. It is also contended that there is no one to take care of petitioner's wife except the petitioner, therefore, petitioner's interim bail application may be allowed. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted the factual report dated 18.03.2026 of Police Station Malakheda, District Alwar. The [2026:RJ-JP:13952] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-2891/2026] report is accompanied by the opinion rendered by Dr. Mahinder Pal Kochar, Department of Radiology in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, RIICO Institutional Area, Sitapura, Tonk Road, Jaipur. 4. Heard and perused the material available on record. 5. Dr. Mahinder Pal Kochar, Department of Radiology in Mahatma Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur, on 24.02.2026 has examined the petitioner's wife Mrs. Rachna Chauhan and also conducted radiological examination and opined as under:- "As per patients Ultrasonography Patient was diagnosed as a case of Cholelithiasis and was advised for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy." 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, the third interim bail application of the petitioner- Satyaveer Singh is allowed for 15 days from the date of his release. 7. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner- Satyaveer Singh Urf Dheeru S/o Mahaveer Singh, shall be enlarged on interim bail for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- and two sureties in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. It is needless to say that after availing interim bail, the petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority after completion of aforesaid period. 8. Furthermore, it is directed that in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the Jail Authorities within stipulated time, his bail bonds shall be forfeited and the proceedings for arresting the petitioner shall be initiated immediately by the trial court.
